Elyse Šantić joined Google in 2019 as a Real Estate Project Executive in Google’s NYC Real Estate Design &Delivery team where she is responsible for leading teams of designers, contractors, Google stake holders and partners from concept through design and construction in order to deliver innovative, inspiring, impactful and inviting workspaces that enable Google to thrive.
Elyse has over 26 years of architecture, design, operations, project management and commercial real estate experience for technology, corporate broadcasting, studio, corporate interiors, showroom/retail, financial and disaster recovery facilities projects providing account management, project management, strategic planning, pre-lease services, programming, design, construction documents, consultant coordination, budgeting, real estate strategy, operations, sustainability, smart building/IoT, procurement and construction administration services.
Prior to joining Google, Elyse was the Head of PDS Operations, Americas | Project & Development Services at Cushman & Wakefield where she was responsible for the development and operation of a market leading operating model for the delivery of capital projects for clients and to lead the PDS team to achieveconsistency and efficiency. Elyse joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 as the Director of ProjectManagement | Global Occupier Services where she led and directed project management and support staff located throughout North America who provided Project Management services to a global financialinstitution for a portfolio constituting 33,000,000 SF and over $250,000,000 in annual capital costs. InDecember 2015, she moved into Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Real Estate Services department as theGlobal Project Management Lead to oversee the development, execution and ongoing management of the global real estate strategy at the portfolio and individual site level to align with the firm’s business unit goals and objectives for global markets located in North America, Latin America, APAC, Greater China and EMEA.She directed the strategic planning and project activities at all Cushman & Wakefield occupied locations inorder to achieve a consistent delivery of the company’s workplace and technology strategy to align with the firm’s purpose, culture, and brand.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Elyse was a Senior Project Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) whereshe managed the design and construction of projects for Aetna Life Insurance Company, Aspen Specialty,the Apollo Theater Walk of Fame, BT Americas, Convergent Wealth Advisors, Diageo, Healthfirst, Macmillan,Medidata Solutions, NYS Department of Transportation, and Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Prior to JLL, she was aSenior Project Manager for the Interiors Studio at Corgan Associates Architects PC where she managed thedesign and construction of projects for Hallmark Magazine, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Citigroup Inc.’s
100,000 SF disaster recovery facility and the relocation of the corporate headquarters for Capital MercuryApparel, Ltd and North American Airlines. Her experience also includes five years as a Project Manager atTPG Architecture, LLC (TPG). While at TPG, she managed the design and construction of projects such asMarsh & McLennan Companies, MTV Networks, NBC Universal, New York Life Insurance Company Studio 51,and the award-winning 350,000 SF global headquarters of CNBC.
Elyse began her professional career in the architectural acoustics field at Walters-Storyk Design Group and was part of the design teams for Alan May Listening Room/Home Theatre, Allaire Studios, Carter Burwell Studios, Ex’Pression Centre for New Media, James Earl Jones Theater, Lower East Side, and Timbaland Studios.

Elyse received a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) and a Bachelor of Science (BLSC) in Building Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
